HR Intern

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Fresher to join our team as an Intern. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in the recruitment lifecycle, with a specific focus on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in contract-based roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events etc.

Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates.

Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000.00 per month
