HR Healthcare Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Healthcare Recruiter with strong exposure to US Healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare positions (sourcing to onboarding).
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen, assess, and schedule candidates as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2- 6 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on recruitment experience with healthcare roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Experience working in a target-driven recruitment environment.

We are looking for a candidate with experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter who has handled hiring for RCM roles such as AR Caller and Medical Biller.
