We are looking for a HR Head (HRBP) for one of clients a US-headquartered leader in disaster recovery, vegetation, and environmental services for their India Global Capability Center (GCC) in Richmond Road, Bangalore.
This role leads the entire HR function in India and acts as the go-to person for global HR programs and initiatives. You will serve as both a strategic HR and an execution lead, ensuring all HR operations run smoothly, managing the India HR team, and enabling expansion efforts across functions such as Finance, IT, etc including HR
As the HR Business Partner for India, you will also act as the HRMS administrator, supporting cross-location implementation, troubleshooting, training, and data governance. The role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about building HR functions from the ground up.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in a Global Capability Center or multinational environment.
- MBA/PGDM in HR.
- Experience in a US-based company or in managing HR for teams supporting US operations.
- Exposure to shared services setup or scaling new teams/functions in India.
