JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Head to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions in India. This is a generalist leadership role managing a small team of 2–3 HR professionals. The role involves strategic and hands-on responsibilities across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, training and development, and HR operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred)
Must have progressive HR leadership
Must have strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR operations, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage and mentor a small HR team
Willingness to be assigned in Pune and/or Mumbai and oversee the entire personnel for both plant locations
