Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
entire HR operations
of the group across multiple verticals
Develop and implement the
talent and human resource strategy
aligned with business goals
Drive
strategic HR initiatives
across departments to support organizational growth
Oversee
policy administration
and ensure
legal compliance
with all labor and statutory requirements
Lead
employee engagement programs
and
recognition initiatives
to enhance workplace culture
Design and implement
performance-linked incentive structures
that align with business outcomes
Strengthen the company's
employer branding
and ensure
best-in-class talent positioning
Serve as a
strategic HR business partner to top leadership
, advising on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development

Candidate Profile:

15+ years of experience
in
Real Estate, Hospitality, or Construction
industries
Proven track record of
leading HR strategy and operations
in large or multi-unit organizations
MBA in Human Resources
from a reputed business school is mandatory
Engineering degree
is an added advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of industry-specific HR challenges and best practices
