Job Description:
Ø Lead the HR function for the organization across all business units and projects.
Ø Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals in the real estate sector.
Ø Oversee Talent Acquisition for project, corporate, sales, and site-level hiring.
Ø Drive Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Retention initiatives.
Ø Handle statutory compliance, labor laws, and contractor workforce management.
Ø Implement Learning & Development programs for technical, sales, and managerial staff.
Ø Partner with leadership for succession planning and workforce planning for projects.
Ø Establish strong HR policies, procedures, and systems ensuring smooth operations.
Ø Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes effectively.
Ø Drive HR automation and digital HR practices for efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ø MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Ø 10-15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in Real Estate companies.
Ø Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance and workforce management(Onsite & corporate)
Ø Proven experience in leading HR teams.
Ø Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
