The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, payroll, compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement. The role ensures smooth execution of day-to-day HR processes with compliance to statutory regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment: interview scheduling, test coordination, follow-ups, and feedback collection. Conduct onboarding activities: induction, ID card issuance, PF/ESI form collection, HR portal updates, joining kit preparation. Maintain joining registers, recruitment trackers, and vehicle lists. Manage exit formalities: Full & Final (F&F) settlements, relieving letters, deactivation of credentials, and experience letters.
2. Payroll and Compliance
Process payroll: salary sheets, payslips, incentives, allowances (shift, night, on-call).
Maintain attendance through biometric systems and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports. Administer statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax.
3. Benefits Administration
Coordinate employee benefits: insurance, reimbursements, LTA, bonuses, gift vouchers. Manage probation confirmations, joining bonuses, and employee entitlements.
4. Appraisals and Incentives
Manage appraisal cycles (April & October) and performance incentive cycle (January). Maintain appraisal records and ensure timely processing.
5. Policies and Employee Engagement
Draft, update, and circulate HR policies, disciplinary formats, and the organizational chart. Publish company holiday list and internal newsletters. Organize employee engagement activities: outings, monthly events, annual celebrations, knowledge-sharing sessions. Coordinate recognition programs such as Employee of the Month/Quarter.
6. Employee Relations
Conduct one-on-one discussions with employees to address concerns and maintain rapport. Handle grievances with professionalism and ensure timely resolution. Promote welfare initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.
7. HR Data and Reporting
Prepare recruitment status reports, attendance reports, and skill matrix updates. Share weekly HR updates with management. Ensure HR databases/portals are regularly updated and accurate.
8. Administration and Operations
Manage attendance systems and punctuality monitoring. Process ID card requests (new/replacement). Allocate assets to employees and maintain compliance with policies.
9. Compliance and Background Verification
Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) with vendors. Maintain disciplinary and appreciation records. Ensure statutory and HR compliance across all processes.
