Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, and offer letters
  • Maintain employee master records and personal files
  • Manage daily attendance, leaves, and update records in the system
  • Maintain office supplies, manage employee ID cards, assets, and workstations
  • Support in organizing team activities, training sessions, and engagement events
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, salary slips, etc.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit formalities including clearance and feedback
  • Manage vendor coordination: office equipment, travel, repairs, couriers, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
