As an HR Generalist at our company located in Vasai, you will play a crucial role in the HR department. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling end-to-end recruitment processes, such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. - Facilitating smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Maintaining employee records and HR databases. - Assisting in administering employee benefits and welfare programs. - Supporting HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Addressing employee queries and providing necessary HR support. - Coordinating with various departments to meet HR needs. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Generalist roles. - Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. If you possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, it would be considered a preferred qualification.
