As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of human resources policies and procedures within the organization. Your role will involve utilizing your proven experience in HR to handle a variety of tasks related to employment/labor laws, HRIS systems, and general HR activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of employment laws and possess excellent knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems. You will be expected to leverage your communication and people skills to effectively interact with employees and management. With 4-7 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in the HR function of the organization. This position offers a salary ranging from 2 Lac 50 Thousand to 3 Lac 50 Thousand per annum. The industry focus for this role includes HR, Recruitment, Administration, IR, Training & Development, and Operations. A Bachelor's Degree in any field is required for this position. Key skills for this role include HR Generalist Activities, proficiency in MS Office, and a solid understanding of Human Resources principles.
