About the Role

Were seeking a detail-oriented and efficient HR Executive/Trainee to support our growing HR function. This role will give you hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems management in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to releasing offer letters
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of open positions
• Maintain accurate HR records (compensation, incentives, health, and insurance data)
• Update and manage employee data in the ERP HR module
• Support workplace compliance and address related concerns
• Facilitate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition events
• Communicate HR policies effectively and address employee queries
• Handle employee grievances and act as a liaison between staff and management

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Smart, proactive, and detail-driven approach
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• A team player with a positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
• Internship or prior experience in HR (recruitment/operations) is a plus
• Familiarity with HR tools, ERP systems, or MS Excel is an added advantage
