Role Description

The HR Freshers role is a full-time position. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, maintaining HR records, supporting onboarding procedures, coordinating employee engagement activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role also involves supporting the HR team in administrative tasks and contributing to the creation of a positive workplace culture.
