As an HR Recruitment & Generalist Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in handling various job functions effectively to facilitate your progression to higher levels. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and hiring candidates through job portals, screening candidates, identifying suitable candidates as per requisition, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and concerned panels. Additionally, you will be responsible for data reporting and maintaining regular follow-ups with candidates. Basic PC skills are also essential for this position. You will be based in Indore, MP, and will be required to work from the office.
