Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related processes.
• Help with documentation and compliance requirements.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll and attendance tracking activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a related field (freshers welcome).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
