Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll process: salary inputs, attendance, leave records, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.) during payroll processing.
• Handle employee onboarding: offer letters, joining formalities, induction programs, and HRMS updates.
• Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, relieving, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR and payroll data.
• Coordinate with finance and statutory authorities for timely submission of returns.
• Generate payroll reports and provide MIS to management.
• Support HR team in audits and compliance checks.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, salary structures, and statutory compliances.
• Experience in employee onboarding and documentation management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
