Job Role: HR Executive(Operations) Job Mode: Onsite Job Type: Full Time Experience: 6 Months Location: Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Overview: Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll process : salary inputs, attendance, leave records, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.) during payroll processing. Handle employee onboarding : offer letters, joining formalities, induction programs, and HRMS updates. Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, relieving, etc.). Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR and payroll data. Coordinate with finance and statutory authorities for timely submission of returns. Generate payroll reports and provide MIS to management. Support HR team in audits and compliance checks. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of payroll systems, salary structures, and statutory compliances . Experience in employee onboarding and documentation management . Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
