HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with 1 year of experience in the IT sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance while ensuring a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT roles Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new employees ✅ Employee Engagement & HR Operations Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management ✅ Performance Management & Compliance Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback sessions Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Support HR documentation, payroll coordination, and exit formalities Requirements: ✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field ✔ 1 year of experience as an HR Executive in the IT sector ✔ Understanding of IT recruitment, HR policies, and labor laws ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Proficiency in HR tools and MS Office Why Join Us? - Work in a fast-paced IT environment -Career growth and learning opportunities -Employee-friendly policies and engaging work culture How to Apply?
