Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to become part of our vibrant team. The successful candidate will contribute to key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes

Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding

Maintain HR records and manage HRMS data

Handle employee queries and grievances

Support employee engagement activities and internal communications

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

2–3 years of relevant HR experience (school/college/educational experience preferred)

Good knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and organized
