Job Summary

Jeevan Rekha Hospital is seeking an HR Executive specializing in Training & Development to plan, coordinate, and deliver employee training programs. The ideal candidate will support learning initiatives, employee development, and basic HR operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with department heads.
• Plan, schedule, and execute internal training programs and onboarding.
• Coordinate with external trainers, institutes, and vendors for specialized training.
• Prepare annual training calendars and maintain complete training records.
• Manage training evaluations, feedback forms, and effectiveness reports.
• Assist with statutory and compliance-based training (POSH, Fire & Safety, ISO, etc.).
• Support HR operations during peak requirements (documentation, engagement activities).
• Handle basic external coordination for HR activities and vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Training & Development or HR.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Good planning, organizing, and event-management ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/LMS tools.
