As a Finance Manager (Corporate & Audit) at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, audits, and compliance activities. Your main duties will include managing accounting systems, preparing financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating internal/external audits. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations. - Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements. - Lead internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulations. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures. - Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. - Implement and monitor internal financial controls and policies.
