Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Assist in compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback systems.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRMS is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
