Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR-related issues.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

  • timely salary processing.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personal records accurately.
  • Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

  • Conduct exit interviews and manage full-and-final settlements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Master's in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
