Job Title: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Experience Required: 1-2 yrs Location: Mohali Reports To: HR Manager/HR Head Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. Responsibilities: · Recruitment & Onboarding: · Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. · Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations. · Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. · Employee Relations: · Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner. · Maintain a positive and productive work environment. · Advise and counsel employees on HR policies and procedures. · HR Policy Implementation: · Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. · Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records. · Performance Management: · Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. · Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. · Training and Development: · Identify training needs and develop training programs for employees. · Facilitate training sessions and workshops. · Payroll Administration: · Assist in the processing of payroll and related tasks. · Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. · 4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT industry. · Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. · Proficiency in HR software and systems. · Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
