Job Summary: We, at Resolute Solutions (https://www.resolutesolutions.in), are seeking a Human Resource Associate to join our company. We are an IT Services company based in Surat, Gujarat and have been functioning for more than 11 years in providing web development and mobile application development services. Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in end-to-end Recruitment process from candidate screening, calling, setting up interviews, discussing compensation packages and closing the vacancies Working on employee on-boarding process in compliance to the company's policies and ensuring that all required documentation is in place Managing employee exit formalities Experience in managing Attendance and Payroll operations Maintaining Employee relations to ensure smooth working of the organization Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems Maintaining all relevant HR records properly Responsible for carrying out various daily and monthly activities related to the HR department Required Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills A deep understanding of HR principles Experience using spreadsheets Organizational skills A positive attitude Proactive in nature Job Type: Full-time Location: Surat, Gujarat.
