HR Executive (Remote)

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a remote HR team to deliver seamless HR operations.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, interviews, onboarding.
• Maintain HRIS, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
• Drive performance review cycles, talent development, and retention strategies.
• Serve as the escalation point for employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Design and execute employee engagement and cultural initiatives across geographies.
• Generate HR analytics and reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational strategy.

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resources

  or equivalent specialization.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience

  with exposure to team management.
• Proven success managing HR in a remote/distributed workforce environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• High integrity with strong confidentiality and problem-solving skills.
