This role demands an MBA-qualified professional with 5+ years of experience who can independently drive recruitment, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement at scale. The individual must work from a calm, distraction-free environment with a reliable, professional video conferencing setup. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a remote HR team to deliver seamless HR operations. Oversee end-to-end recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, interviews, onboarding. Maintain HRIS, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration. Drive performance review cycles, talent development, and retention strategies. Serve as the escalation point for employee relations and conflict resolution. Design and execute employee engagement and cultural initiatives across geographies. Generate HR analytics and reports to support leadership decision-making. Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational strategy. Requirements: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent specialization. 5+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to team management. Proven success managing HR in a remote/distributed workforce environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
