- Familiarity with payroll and HRMS software (Spine) -Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. -Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Required Candidate profile Ensure compliance with statutory laws regarding payroll (e.g., PF, ESI, tax deductions, bonuses, gratuity). Maintain and update HR systems and employee records (e.g., attendance, leaves, benefits)
