Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates.Act as the first point of contact for employees' HR-related queries and concerns.Provide clear and timely responses to inquiries related to policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR matters.Support in monthly attendance calculation of the employees.Prepare and issue offer letters for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.Facilitate the documentation process for employee onboarding and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Generate and issue relieving letters for departing employees, conducting exit interviews where necessary.
Proven experience in hiring through job boards, especially Naukri.com.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close offers successfully.
Experience in drafting official documents such as offer letters, relieving letters, and policy updates.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Interested candidate should have good work from home set up . ( laptop/desktop & wifi/broadband & power back up in case of major power cuts)
