About the Role:-

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job fairs, campus drives, etc.).
Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview schedules.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process for selected candidates.
Support in employer branding and engagement activities.

Requirments:-

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Minimum
1 year of recruitment experience
(preferably in bulk hiring/sales/operations/editorial roles).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions under tight timelines.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, portals, and social media hiring.
