Job Description

1. Understanding Hiring Needs

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements.
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications.

2. Sourcing Candidates

  • Use job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct direct outreach to passive candidates.

3. Screening and Interviewing

  • Review resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings via phone or video calls.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

3. Maintaining Recruitment Data & Compliance

  • Keep records of candidate databases.
  • Ensure hiring follows legal and organizational policies.

Required Skills :

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)✔ Ability to assess candidates' skills and culture fit✔ Negotiation and persuasion skills✔ Time management and multitasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
