1. Monitor and follow-up with key stakeholders (Associates, HRBPs, Vendor SPOC, RM/SM) on any pending activities on the platform.
2. Data Management of PAN India contract associates.
3. Ensure accurate mapping of employees to respective stores, cost centres, HRBPs and RM/SMs.
4. Monitor attendance and ensure regularizations and leaves are approved within 3 days.
5. Generate vendor wise, region wise paysheets and validate payments of Vendor Invoices.
6. Ensure all corporate biometric registrations are completed on Day 1 of associate joining.
7. Ensure timely exit of associate is marked on the platform.
8. Coordinate with Vendor SPOCs to upload the compliance documents on the system.
9. Ensure updating (additions/deletions) & accuracy of all data Masters in the system - Employee Master, Store Master, Holiday Master, Role Master etc.
10. Generate Monthly reports and download Monthly dashboards.
11. Address off-roll associates gradiences at Corporate Office.
