HR Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Additionally, you will manage employee relations to ensure a positive and supportive work environment. Your role will involve maintaining HR records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in performance management, training, and development programs. Moreover, you will support HR initiatives aimed at promoting employee engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment. - Maintain HR records and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. - Assist in performance management, training, and development programs. - Support HR initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1 to 4 years of experience in an HR Executive role. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
