Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Organize placement of Students, lisioning with HR of various IT companies.
Coordinate with eligible students, for placement process.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Maintain internal communication, employee satisfaction, and retention strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
