HR Executive

You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across various roles as an HR Recruiter. Your primary duties will include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and managing the hiring process for a wide range of positions. Your strong communication skills and knowledge of HR processes will be essential for success in this role. In this position, you will drive the recruitment process from start to finish, including understanding role requirements, talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. You will work closely with technical teams to build strong talent pipelines and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract top candidates in a competitive market. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment. This is a full-time position with a salary of up to 3 LPA. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
