Job Description

Position: HR Executive (Female Only)

Location: Avadi
Experience: 1–4 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination & onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and statutory coordination (PF/ESI).
Organize employee engagement activities and handle HR communication.
Assist in performance management, training coordination & appraisal documentation.
Prepare HR letters, manage exit formalities, and ensure policy compliance.
Handle employee queries professionally and ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (Any degree – HR / Business Administration preferred).
Master’s degree (MBA HR) — optional, added advantage but not mandatory.)
