  • Accountabilities

    :
  • Work in coordination with the

    HR Manager

    to plan strategies and implement various HR changes.
  • Oversee the

    recruitment process

    , including:
  • Screening of CVs.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Managing staff requests.
  • Coordinating induction processes (employee life cycle implementation).
  • Manage HR activities such as

    NATS

    &

    NAPS

    (GET & Apprentice Management).
  • Maintain

    payroll software

    and data related to all HR activities.
  • Ensure compliance with

    legal and statutory policies

    by maintaining records with various government agencies (PT, PF, ESIC, NPS, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Foster a

    positive work environment

    by creating employee engagement initiatives that reinforce desired culture and behaviors.
  • Transportation and vehicle management

  • Review and process

    HR-related invoices

  • Coordinate with

    Front Desk Executive

    for

    visitor management

    and

    canteen facility management

  • Oversee

    labour contracts

    housekeeping
