Job Description

Role Overview: As a HR Officer in our company, your main responsibilities will include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and engagement, ensuring statutory compliance, handling training and performance management, and overall HR administration. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive work environment and ensuring employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and hire candidates for various departments - Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads for final selection - Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction programs - Address employee queries, grievances, and resolve conflicts - Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and welfare programs - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws - Manage leave and administer employee benefits - Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity - Assist in performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and promotions - Monitor employee performance and provide HR reports to management Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA in HR or a related field - Experience: 0-2 years in HR roles (Freshers with an HR background can apply) Additional Details: Our company offers a range of benefits including health insurance, life insurance, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. You will work full-time with fixed day shifts and be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person.
