HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive who can support our HR operations and help us build a strong, motivated workforce. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs Create job postings and manage hiring platforms Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement programs and welfare activities Conduct induction sessions for new joiners Maintain a positive and motivating workplace culture Attendance & Payroll Support: Maintain attendance and leave records Assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure timely processing Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR documentation Handle grievances and escalate matters when required Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Performance & Training: Support appraisal and performance management processes Identify training needs and help arrange internal/external training sessions Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BA) or Master’s degree in HR or related field 1–2years of experience in HR (Manufacturing sector experience will be plus) Why Join Us: Work with a growing brand in the tiles industry Supportive leadership and learning opportunities Opportunity to shape employee culture and practices Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
