HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment support, employee onboarding, training coordination, and compliance activities. The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on experience with HR processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify manpower requirements and communicate the same to the HR Manager and Senior Management
  
• Manage HR activities including meetings, interviews, and scheduling
  
• Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
  
• Handle onboarding and orientation of new employees
  
• Maintain and manage employee data for all departments (physical & digital records)
  
• Oversee day-to-day HR department operations
  
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and documentation norms
  
• Create and maintain employee files (physical and digital)
  
• Schedule induction and training sessions
  
• Coordinate with trainers and employees for training programs
  
• Maintain training attendance records and collect feedback
  
• Update and manage training calendars
  
• Initiate, collect, and validate Background Verification (BGV) documents
  
• Track training completion status and maintain records
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook
  
• Experience using any HRMS
