Job Title: HR Specialist – Full Time (Onsite, Pune) Company: iTensia Location: Pune, Maharashtra Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in an HR role Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding and offboarding Handle payroll management, salary slips, and compliance Conduct training sessions and employee engagement activities Maintain HR records and ensure smooth processes across all functions Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience) Why Join iTensia?
