Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, calling, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates. Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and internal channels. Source candidates proactively using job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct cold calls to potential candidates and pitch relevant job opportunities effectively. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate salary and other terms of employment with shortlisted candidates. Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and reports. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing company HR policies and procedures. Ensure policies comply with labor laws and industry standards. Help communicate HR policies to employees and ensure consistent application across the organization. Support policy audits and documentation. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Support employee engagement initiatives, communication, and feedback collection.
