Key Responsibilities:
β Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
β Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
β Ensure timely documentation of offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and other HR-related communication.
β Coordinate with cross-functional teams for asset allocation, IT setup, and training schedules for new joiners.
β Track and manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
β Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
β Support monthly payroll inputs by collating attendance, leave, and variable components. β Assist in HR audits, MIS reporting, and HR dashboards.
β Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
β Contribute to improving HR processes, documentation systems, and employee lifecycle management.
