As a not-for-profit professional organization, they are the largest professional emergency service provider in India, established in April 2005. The organization aims to deliver comprehensive, speedy, reliable, and quality emergency care services through their Emergency Response System that can be reached by dialing the toll-free number 1-0-8. This system coordinates every emergency situation, ensuring prompt communication and response, including dispatching ambulances and trained Emergency Medical Technicians to render pre-hospital care and transport patients to appropriate healthcare facilities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive, located in Kerala, India. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, HR policies, and other HR management activities. The HR Executive will also play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in the human resources department, maintaining employee records, performing administrative tasks, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

HR Management and HR Operations skills
Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant experience in an HR role is beneficial
