Job Description

1. Training :-

Coordination for We Connect” and other training programmes as per the guidelines from Corporate.

Accountable for facilitating and delivery of Induction (2 days).

Training Need Identification.

Training of all outsourced manpower.

Regular updation in training module in coordination with Corporate Training- HR.

2. Documentation Formalities of the employees :

Following up with the employees for submission of pending documents.

Documentation collection and verification (Registration certificates, dependant’s forms etc.).

Privileging and credentialing of Nurses.

Privileging and credentialing of Doctor.

3.MIS & Database :

Preparation of MIS (maintaining the details of new joinees, resignation, absenteeism & termination, transter).

Recruitment MIS of Employees in Medical & Para Medical Section.

4.Other HR Functions in the Employee Life Cycle :

Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter.

Issuing Job Descriptions to all the employees.

Support for the Performance Appraisal Process.

5.Ensuring the compliance of set standards for NABH and other HR Functions.

6.Overall coordination for the department’s functioning with other departments and with Unit Head- HR.

7.Any other tasks assigned by Unit Head – HR.
