Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The role ensures efficient HR processes, employee satisfaction, and alignment with company policies and objectives.

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases (HRIS/HRMS).

  • Process payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits accurately and on time.

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, TDS, etc.).

  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development programs.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.

  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.

  • Support performance appraisal and employee retention activities.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
