The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The role ensures efficient HR processes, employee satisfaction, and alignment with company policies and objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases (HRIS/HRMS).
Process payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits accurately and on time.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, TDS, etc.).
Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development programs.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Support performance appraisal and employee retention activities.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
