Importance of the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our HR team with a dual focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment efforts while ensuring smooth execution of HR operational processes including onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities to Deliver (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual):
Talent Acquisition
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand current and forecasted manpower requirements. • Prioritize and manage open positions; drive proactive sourcing efforts across internal referrals and external platforms. • Leverage social media, job portals, professional networks, and crowdsourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong talent pool. • Develop and maintain a database of prospective and active candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including scheduling interviews with stakeholders like HRBPs, Hiring Managers, Geo CEOs, and Vertical Heads. • Ensure positions are closed within approved budgets and TAT across locations. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and aligned with business needs. • Gather feedback from new joiners within 3045 days to enhance onboarding experience.
HR Operations & Administration • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and manual files as needed. • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes. • Draft and issue HR letters including offer, appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters. • Ensure complete documentation and background verification for all employees. • Handle employee record-keeping and file management.
Payroll & Compliance • Collect and verify monthly attendance and leave inputs for payroll processing. • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audit readiness through proper documentation and adherence to policies.
HR Systems & Reporting • Manage HRMS tasks including onboarding, exits, leave records, and employee status updates. • Generate and analyze HR reports including headcount, attrition, and leave analytics. • Contribute towards digitization and process automation of HR activities.
Employee Engagement & Support • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal at HQ. • Support in executing employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal surveys. • Ensure smooth internal communication regarding HR policies, updates, and organizational initiatives. Candidate Persona (Education, Work Experience, Skillset, Mindset) to be successful in the role: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
