HR Executive (Generalist)

The role involves various responsibilities related to human resources management such as assisting with job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and managing the employee lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries, resolving disputes, and managing performance issues. Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits is also a key aspect of this role. You will be developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintaining accurate employee records, HRIS data, and other HR documentation is also part of the job responsibilities. Furthermore, you will contribute to the HR budget and manage expenses, as well as analyze HR data to identify trends and improve HR practices. The ideal candidate for this position should have an MBA(HR)/MSW qualification with 3-8 years of relevant experience. Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are essential for this role. A thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations is also a requirement. This is a full-time position and the preferred education level is a Master's degree.
