Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in Powder Coating. Assess and analyse current production methods. Coordinate with the inter dept. engineers to achieve the requirement raised by the S&M/PPC team. Coordinate with the inter dept. Develop & draft an improved production process. Maximise productivity of machinery & workers. Follow products specifications & quality control measures. Train, supervise and manage production line workers. Increase speed & efficiency of process without compromising quality. Ensure all steps of production run smoothly & efficiently. Location: GIDC Manjusar, Vadodara Industry Type: Sheet metal industry/Engineering Fabrication Education: B. Tech/B. E /Diploma in Mechanical, B.Sc. (paint treatment/chemistry) Experience: 4-6 years' experience (Sheet metal) Addition Skill : · Knowledge of Powder coating & pretreatment process.
