Job Description

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll like salary sheet,ESIC,EPF challans and preparing basic profit & loss (P&L) statements for manpower contracts. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and knowledge of accounting principles to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Process employee salaries, deductions, and benefits in compliance with labor laws. Maintain payroll records, including attendance, ESIC, EPF, overtime, bonuses, and incentives. Ensure accurate calculation of taxes, social security contributions, and other statutory deductions. Maintain general ledger accounts and record financial transactions. Ensure accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping for manpower contract expenses and revenues. Compile income and expense data to prepare monthly/quarterly P&L statements for manpower contracts. Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
