HR Executive – Fresher (Female)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic female HR fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general HR administration. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the HR field. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms Screen resumes and schedule interviews Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new hires Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist in organizing training sessions and HR events Support employee engagement activities Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters and HR reports Provide administrative support to the HR team Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Key Skills & Competencies: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Organizational and time management abilities Discretion with sensitive information Willingness to learn and take initiative Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
